Now Hiring for the General Manager position! Join the TGP family- a fast grown fast-fine mediterranean concept, with 5 locations open between NY/NJ, with another 4 under construction.We are looking for a GM to join our team to build sales, create a neighborhood connection with our guests- and grow with the organization.TGP will have 9 locations open by the end of 2025, with another 6-10 scheduled to open in the tai-state area in 2026. Grow within the company, as we expand and other positions become available.For the GM Role:50 hour work week5 days/wkmonthly P&L bonuses up to $6,0002 weeks PTO5 personal5 sick Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures, food preparation, and service delivery Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards Maintain quality standards for food, service, and cleanliness Manage inventory levels, ordering, and vendor relationships Implement and enforce company policies and procedures Financial Management Achieve sales targets and profitability goals Control labor costs and manage scheduling to optimize staffing levels Monitor food costs and minimize waste Prepare and manage budgets, analyze P&L statements Handle cash management and banking procedures Team Leadership Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members Create work schedules and manage time-off requests Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching Foster a positive work environment and team culture Address employee relations issues and disciplinary matters Customer Service Ensure high-quality customer experiences Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements Maintain brand standards and service speed expectations Marketing & Sales Execute promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives Build community relationships and drive customer traffic Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue We look forward to meeting you
